About the Role

Quadient seeks a Business Development Representative (H/F) to drive growth by converting marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities. Your mission is to engage, qualify, and nurture prospects within the SMB market through tailored strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Process and engage marketing leads via a multichannel approach—phone, email, social selling—to identify qualified opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads by analyzing their interest level and project readiness.
  • Conduct a high volume of discovery calls, targeting up to 60 conversations per day.
  • Schedule and lead introductory meetings to understand the specific needs of prospects.
  • Guide prospects through their decision-making process, providing the right resources at each stage of the buying cycle.
  • Create and nurture your pipeline by maintaining highly personalized lead tracking through to purchase.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Enrich accounts using appropriate scraping tools.
  • Participate in strategic events such as trade shows and roundtables with sales and marketing teams.

What We're Looking For

  • A hunter mentality with a passion for business development, combined with persistence and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, impeccable spelling, and comfort with phone-based outreach.
  • Fluency in French and Dutch.
  • Ability to combine autonomy with teamwork to be proactive and achieve booking targets.
