RouteThis is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager - Enterprise to be the primary advocate and strategic partner for our most important customers. You will own the customer experience, focusing on driving adoption, value realization, and long-term success. This role is central to our mission of delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Develop and manage strategic account plans to drive product adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Proactively monitor customer health and engagement, identifying and mitigating risk.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Lead business reviews and demonstrate the value delivered by the RouteThis platform.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level customers.
- Strong track record of driving product adoption, customer retention, and expansion revenue.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and customer insights to inform strategy and recommendations.
