About the Role

Skyward is hiring a Qmlativ Migrations Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee client transitions from their current SMS software to our Qmlativ platform. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Assign tasks to appropriate team members and ensure alignment across units.
  • Make informed decisions to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Resolve issues promptly and accurately.
  • Foster a positive team culture through collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain high standards of productivity, organization, and responsiveness.
