Deckers Outdoor Vietnam Company Limited is hiring a QC Inspector III

Reporting to the production and QC Manager or Assistant QC Manager, the QC Inspector plays a critical role in safeguarding the quality and integrity of Deckers' footwear products. You'll be the guardian of excellence, ensuring top-notch standards from the moment raw materials arrive to the final product rolling out of partner production factories. Your key responsibilities will include: • Conducting comprehensive incoming materials screening audits • Performing detailed materials and FST Lab testing reviews and audits • Executing Restricted Substances (RS), Environmental & Social Compliance (ESC), and Product Security audits • Carrying out regular in-process production inspections • Performing final goods quality checks Beyond quality control, you'll also track production order schedules against ex-factory commitments. When assigned to a factory, you'll lead a QC inspector, provide direct oversight, and closely mentor the Certified Factory QC (CFQC) team to maintain our rigorous quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to ensure every Deckers shoe meets our exacting quality benchmarks.
