Senior Salesforce QA Automation Engineer will lead testing efforts for a complex Salesforce ecosystem within a financial services platform focused on debt relief solutions. The role involves designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating in Agile and DevOps environments to support scalable and secure releases at In All Media Inc.
What You'll Do
- Lead the testing efforts for complex Salesforce environments, including Lightning UI, Apex triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks tailored for Salesforce and web service layers to ensure rapid, high-quality releases.
- Perform deep-dive verification of backend systems and integrations using SQL/SOQL to validate data integrity across the platform.
- Collaborate on the release management process using tools like Gearset and Jenkins to ensure seamless deployment cycles.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into comprehensive test plans, ensuring coverage for e-signature tools and third-party integrations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of QA experience, with a minimum of 3+ years specifically testing Salesforce (Apex, Flows, LWC, Lightning UI).
- Proven experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripting.
- Strong proficiency in writing complex queries using SQL and SOQL.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Jenkins, and GitHub.
- Solid understanding of backend, web service layers, and integration testing (including e-signature tools).
- Expertise in QA processes within Agile and DevOps environments.
- Fluent English for daily communication and technical documentation.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the Financial Services or Debt Relief domain.
- Familiarity with the Lightning Design System (SLDS) Framework.
- Proficiency with Agile management tools like Jira and Confluence.
