Exadel is looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer to define QA strategy, develop automated testing frameworks, and ensure product quality for a financial software client undergoing cloud transformation.
What You'll Do
- Define, implement, and continuously evolve the overall QA strategy for the project
- Design, develop, and maintain a robust automated testing framework
- Identify areas requiring automated coverage and select effective automation approaches
- Establish and maintain Quality Gates integrated into the development workflow
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to design and implement CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing
- Perform functional testing activities when required
- Contribute to test design and documentation
- Conduct performance and load testing, analyze results, and recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong focus on API and integration testing
- Strong experience in test automation using .NET Core / .NET 8 (LTS)
- Solid experience with API testing, including creating and maintaining automated API tests
- Experience in creating test documentation, test plans, and test processes
- Hands-on experience with Playwright
- Experience with Postman for API testing and validation
- Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or K6
- Experience with Zephyr Scale or similar test management tools
- Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot to support test automation
- English level: Intermediate+
Nice to Have
- Experience with UI test automation using .NET
- Familiarity with SonarQube
- Experience with CodeQL
