Fidelity is hiring a QA Engineer to join our Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit, specifically within the Workforce Identity & Access Management product line team. In this role, your primary focus will be building test automation for our migration to an enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, which will enhance the management of access rights across our global enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Build end-to-end test automation for applications.
- Create and manipulate test data for complex projects.
- Define automated regression tests for future and ongoing efforts.
- Document and report system testing issues using defect tracking tools.
- Integrate test automation with CI tools like Jenkins.
- Contribute to engineering quality practices and DevOps excellence.
What We're Looking For
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of experience in software test automation for application UIs, services/APIs, and data quality.
- Experience automating functional, regression, performance, and chaos testing.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks: JUnit, TestNG, Jasmine/Karma.
- Experience with test automation tools: Cucumber, Selenium, Playwright, Karate, Katalon.
- Experience with data quality tools: ICEDQ.
- Experience with performance testing tools: JMeter, RushHour.
- Experience with test management: Xray.
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools: Git, Jenkins, JIRA.
- Experience with monitoring tools: DataDog, Splunk.
- Strong focus on automation, efficiency, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Identity and Access Management domain experience.
