Ubiquiti Inc. is looking for a QA Engineer to plan and lead manual and automation testing initiatives for our software releases. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet high-quality standards while identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
What You'll Do
- Plan and lead manual and automation testing initiatives to ensure software releases meet or exceed requirements.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for product improvement.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams and help troubleshoot issues.
- Work with networking equipment for comprehensive test coverage.
- Design, test, and implement AI-powered solutions for internal processes and customer-facing products.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience testing modern Web and Mobile Applications.
- Experience with test management tools like TestRail or similar for Test Suite creation.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Codex.
- Proficiency with Ruby/TypeScript, Bash, Cucumber, and Jenkins.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
- General understanding of Networking concepts (Internet, WiFi, VLAN, Firewall, VPN).
- Strong understanding of MQA and AQA testing processes.
- A keen feel for great UX and finding facing issues.
- Fluency in English and Latvian.
Nice to Have
- Experience with hardware devices.
- Experience with OSI layer, WiFi, Networks, VPN, Firewalls, or similar.
