Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of both manual and automated testing for software releases to ensure they meet or exceed defined requirements
- Identify and communicate potential product enhancements and areas for improvement
- Document and report software defects to development teams and assist in resolving technical issues
- Conduct testing using networking hardware to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Design, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance internal workflows and customer-facing products
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in testing modern web and mobile applications
- Hands-on experience creating and managing test suites using tools such as TestRail or similar
- Practical experience using AI-based tools like Claude, Codex, or equivalent
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages including Ruby, TypeScript, Bash, Cucumber, and Jenkins
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
- Solid foundational knowledge of networking concepts including Internet, WiFi, VLAN, Firewall, and VPN
- Strong grasp of both manual and automated quality assurance testing methodologies
- Keen attention to user experience and ability to detect UX-related issues
- Fluency in both English and Latvian

- Experience working with physical hardware devices
- Advanced knowledge of networking protocols including OSI model, WiFi, networks, VPN, and firewalls, or related areas
