EWA Learn languages is hiring a QA Engineer

Lithium Lab is hiring a QA Engineer to join the App EWA AI Tutor team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our web and backend features, actively participating in product development, and contributing to a mature QA process in a remote, product-focused culture.

What You'll Do

• Perform functional and integration testing of web and backend features.
• Analyze requirements and help identify risks and edge cases before development starts.
• Report and track defects in the bug-tracking system.
• Maintain and improve test documentation in Qase.io: test cases, checklists, and test plans.
• Verify the correctness of analytics events and marketing attribution.
• Participate in testing A/B experiments: validate user flows, analytics, and experiment conditions.
• Actively participate in product development and feature discussions.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and tools.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of QA experience with a focus on web and backend testing.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques and ability to apply them in practice.
• Experience with cross-browser and responsive testing.
• Confident use of browser DevTools.
• Experience testing payment systems, subscriptions and external integrations.
• Experience testing REST APIs.
• Experience working with databases (ClickHouse, MongoDB) and ability to write basic queries.
• Understanding of how quality fits into different stages of the SDLC.
• Responsible, attentive to details, and result-oriented.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with test automation (Playwright + TypeScript).
• Experience testing mobile applications.
