LumiMeds is looking for a Senior AI-First QA Engineer (SQA) to lead our quality assurance strategy. You will be a highly technical engineer who integrates AI into the testing lifecycle across critical patient, provider, and growth platforms, ensuring they are reliable and aligned with user acquisition goals.
What You'll Do
- Test and validate front-end consumer journeys, ensuring marketing tracking fires correctly and seamlessly hands off to the clinical engine.
- Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright or Cypress while utilizing LLMs to automatically generate test cases and boilerplate code.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Marketing teams to understand business requirements, ensuring technical testing strategies support revenue growth.
- Create AI-driven scripts to generate complex, anonymized synthetic healthcare data to test state machines without compromising patient privacy.
- Embed automated testing seamlessly into GitHub Actions, ensuring every deployment is rigorously tested for regressions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software quality assurance or SDET experience.
- Expert-level experience with modern testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress) and API testing tools.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce business logic, customer acquisition funnels, and marketing analytics tools.
- Proven experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or direct API integrations with OpenAI/Anthropic to accelerate test writing.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
- Professional proficiency in English for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make high-leverage decisions without constant supervision.
- Ability to maintain a synchronous schedule (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM PDT, Monday through Friday).
