Responsibilities
- Perform testing on web-based Business Intelligence platforms using established quality assurance procedures
- Verify the functionality and performance of backend services and APIs that power BI tools
- Develop, run, and update test plans and test cases based on requirements and acceptance conditions in Jira tickets
- Record test activities, identified issues, and outcomes using Jira and Confluence
- Use test management tools like TestRail to monitor and report on testing status
- Recreate reported problems, document findings clearly, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects
- Set up test environments and manage testing across supported browsers and platforms to ensure consistent performance and compatibility
