AM.PM Europe GmbH is hiring a Purchasing Specialist fluent in Russian to manage supplier relationships and inventory for our premium bathroom products. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted deliveries to our warehouses.
What You'll Do
- Calculate and place orders with suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, shipments, prices, and specifications.
- Conduct reconciliations with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels in company warehouses.
- Ensure uninterrupted product deliveries.
- Complete reports on work activities.
- Monitor product availability.
- Hold meetings with employees of related departments to address shortages and overstocking.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education in economics.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement at a large trading company.
- Fluent English skills.
- Fluent Russian skills.
- Excellent knowledge of business process management software and Excel.
