First Intuition is looking for a Publishing and Marking Coordinator to oversee the marking process for professional accountancy exams (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA) and coordinate the production of our learning materials. You'll ensure the delivery of high-quality printed content and online courses, playing a key role in our Educational Resources team.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of marking functions: booking markers, providing training, setting up exam groups, managing schedules, and liaising with operations.
- Ensure marking policies are adhered to across the organisation and manage the Marking inbox.
- Take ownership of the production of printed and online learning materials and build online courses using our learning management system.
- Act as production coordinator during content updates, supporting authors and recorders and ensuring production deadlines are met.
- Carry out quality assurance on materials and courses to ensure they are delivered to brief and are consistent.
- Coordinate the work of authors, recorders and our external typesetting company to process products.
- Collaborate with the LMS team during update cycles and when agreeing new processes.
- Support the creation and implementation of production guidance and support innovation and the development of new processes.
- Process updates and build courses in our online system, Totara.
- Work with printers to ensure that the correct products are available for print in the correct timeframes.
- Support the development and implementation of organisational strategy and provide vital administration and logistical support to project work.
- Uphold all aspects of company policies and procedures and legal requirements in relation to personal conduct.
- Be aware of and take personal responsibility for health and safety obligations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong systems skills with ability to work within LMS systems like Totara.

- Experience in the education/apprenticeships sector.

- Educated to Bachelor's degree level.

- Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. You can be based remotely within the UK or adopt a hybrid UK model with the option of hot desking from an FI centre.
