Genea is hiring a Public Website Digital Product Owner to develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the Blue Cross NC public website. This non-technical product management role focuses on the journey of providers, agents, and employer groups, ensuring the website is intuitive, informative, and aligned with business goals.
What You'll Do
- Own the website roadmap: define and prioritize features, enhancements, and content updates to meet business objectives and improve user engagement.
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, design, and development to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Collaborate with the content team, marketing, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and optimized for SEO and usability.
- Partner with UX designers and researchers to ensure seamless navigation, clear information architecture, and engaging digital experiences.
- Use analytics and user feedback to measure site performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all content and site features meet regulatory requirements and accessibility standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
- 3+ years of experience in a related field.
- In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field.
Nice to Have
- Product Owner certification preferred (Scrum Alliance or SAFe).
- Adobe suite experience with deep AEM platform expertise.
