Allstate NI is hiring a Digital Product Manager (M365) to define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of digital products within our Architecture, Compute, and Engineering (ACE) organization. You will ensure products meet customer needs and align with strategic goals, contributing to a transformative platform ecosystem that empowers users and teams to innovate.
What You'll Do
- Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for your digital product portfolio.
- Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products.
- Create and continuously maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
- Work with the Digital Product team to write and groom stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog.
- Define product performance metrics and monitor product performance using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage product budgets and resources efficiently.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the product.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling.
- Understanding of development processes, human centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions.
- Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service.
- Experience with M365.

- Compensation: $120,000.00 - $193,725.00 annually
