Fluence is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide adult outpatient care in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to deliver psychiatric services tailored to adult patients.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for adult patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry.
- Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Ohio.
- Strong clinical skills and experience providing psychiatric care to adult populations.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Columbus, OH, combining in-person clinical work with remote flexibility.
