Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Psychedelic Guide (Integration Coach) to support clients through ketamine therapy journeys designed to overcome anxiety, depression, and PTSD. In this mission-driven environment, you will provide remote, autonomous support, acting as a crucial bridge between clients and clinical teams to foster healing and personal transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate Zoom-based preparation and integration sessions for clients undergoing psychedelic therapy.
  • Tailor each session with empathy and intention, helping clients set goals and transform insights into lasting personal growth.
  • Recommend and support integration practices that align with each client’s lifestyle and preferences.
  • Establish simple accountability systems that reinforce new habits and behavioral change.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and clinical teams, providing clear, timely answers to questions and concerns.
  • Ensure smooth, frictionless client journeys through responsive and effective communication.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance the guide program and improve outcomes for future clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Over 100 hours of professional coaching experience, with demonstrated results supporting personal growth or transformation.
  • Deep personal or professional familiarity with altered states of consciousness and therapeutic integration.
  • Strong remote communication skills—clear, compassionate, and professional across video and text.
  • Technically adept and quick to learn new tools and platforms in a remote-first setting.
  • Comfortable facilitating emotionally intense or novel experiences with a grounded, open-minded presence.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and mastery in your craft.
  • U.S.-based and fully remote-ready, able to thrive in a writing-based, asynchronous culture.
  • Embraces AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and innovation.
