This position is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts with clinical trial sites, coordinating with legal and finance teams, and ensuring agreements meet regulatory and organizational standards.

- Resolve discrepancies in financial and legal language
- Maintain accurate contract records
- Support audit readiness for contract documentation
- Coordinate with legal counsel on complex clauses
- Ensure payment terms align with study budgets
- Facilitate signature collection from all parties
- Handle contract amendments and modifications
- Provide updates on contract progress to project teams
- Identify risks in site agreements and escalate appropriately
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Work with global sites across multiple time zones
- Translate contract requirements into actionable steps
- Support process improvements in contract management
