About the Role

Etraveli Group is hiring a Provider Relationship Manager to serve as the central coordinator for our provider relationships. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between Air content providers and our internal teams, ensuring alignment and translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships tailored to Air content providers.
  • Act as the bridge between providers and internal teams (product, tech, operations, commercial), aligning efforts to meet business objectives.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to ensure unified expectations.
  • Translate company strategy into actionable provider goals, driving delivery that supports growth and competitive positioning.
  • Lead or participate in QBRs and operational meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and steer partnership direction.
  • Monitor provider outputs against KPIs and SLAs, proactively addressing risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and escalate operational or strategic risks, facilitating timely resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed commercial terms, service levels, and contractual obligations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in provider/vendor management, partner relations, or key account management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing external partners.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions like product, tech, operations, and commercial.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into clear provider actions and goals.
  • Experience working with KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Understanding of commercial contracts and negotiation fundamentals.

Nice to Have

  • Background in travel, airline, OTA, or platform-based business.
