AccorHotel is looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and maintain a portfolio of partners that enrich the ALL loyalty program value proposition and drive new revenue generation. You will develop, manage, and coordinate a portfolio of travel partners for a dedicated region.
What You'll Do
- Identify, secure, and execute partnership opportunities in collaboration with regional hubs.
- Analyze existing partnerships and define the development and management strategy for your portfolio to achieve objectives.
- Maintain relationships with partners to maximize potential, discover new opportunities, and ensure long-term relationships.
- Coordinate the development and deployment of new partnerships with various stakeholders including regional hubs, Business Operations Manager, Product, Tech, Data, Legal, Customer Care, and Accounting.
- Ensure all commitments and conditions negotiated in contracts are respected, including marketing commitments, reporting, and invoicing.
- Analyze the performance of projects and partnerships, identify key success factors, and share lessons learned.
- Work with Product, Tech, Data, Legal, Customer Care, Accounting, and Marketing teams to develop and manage your portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in loyalty partnership management in Airlines, Rail, or Mobility environments.
- Proven expertise in the field of travel products and services.
- Understanding of loyalty program economics in a B2C environment.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French with an innate attention to detail.
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field of study.
- Minimum 3 years in project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization.

You will report to the Travel Partnerships Director and work closely with Regional Partnership Heads, Finance, Marketing, and Product & IT teams.
