About the Role

Oversee and develop strategic relationships with mental health providers to enhance service offerings and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mental health providers.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new providers.
  • Monitor partnership performance and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and regulations.
  • Address and resolve partnership-related issues.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present partnership reports to stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with providers.
  • Provide training and support to new partners.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new providers.
  • Develop and maintain a database of provider partnerships.
  • Analyze partnership data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote partnership benefits.
  • Ensure that partnerships align with company goals and values.
  • Facilitate communication between providers and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to assess satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement feedback mechanisms for partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in provider partnerships.
  • Collaborate with legal to draft and review partnership contracts.
  • Provide regular updates on partnership progress to senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing partners.
  • Conduct regular audits of partnership agreements and performance.

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in digital health or telehealth partnerships.
  • Familiarity with mental health provider networks.
  • Experience in healthcare compliance and regulations.
