Telemedica is hiring a Provider Network Management Specialist

About the Role

Telemedica is hiring a Provider Network Management Specialist to ensure provider availability, readiness, and performance within our care delivery model. You will coordinate provider operations, case assignments, credentialing, and compliance, playing an essential role in scaling our network and maintaining quality as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain updated provider schedules, licensing, specialties, and availability in internal systems.
  • Assign and route case assignments to appropriate providers based on availability and clinical match.
  • Track provider performance, case load, and completion timelines.
  • Support initial and ongoing provider onboarding logistics.
  • Partner with QA and Healthcare Coordinators to optimize provider utilization.
  • Track provider-specific performance trends, including KPIs, productivity metrics, quality scores, and utilization patterns.
  • Establish workflows and manage provider licensure and credentialing, ensuring all documentation is current, accurate, and compliant.
  • Identify opportunities to expand or diversify the provider network.
  • Create tools, dashboards, or documentation to improve internal network visibility.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in provider operations, clinical scheduling, or healthcare staffing.
  • Experience in a medical, telehealth, or care delivery setting.
  • Strong understanding of the VA disability claims process and its clinical documentation requirements.
  • Demonstrated healthcare acumen and deep understanding of medical terminology.
  • Demonstrated experience managing diverse clinical provider workflows.
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills with a systems-based mindset.
  • Expertise in licensing, credentialing, and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with CRM/EHR platforms and provider-facing operations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting multi-specialty clinical teams.
  • Experience navigating geographically distributed clinical teams.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Provider Services Manager.

  • Compensation: $65,000-$75,000
  • Healthcare: PPO and HSA plans.
