About the Role
The individual in this role will be responsible for creating compelling, accurate, and timely proposals in response to client requests, ensuring compliance and consistency across submissions.
Responsibilities
- Draft, format, and proofread sales proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) and quotes
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and technical teams to gather necessary content and approvals
- Ensure all proposals meet client specifications and internal quality standards
- Maintain and update a centralized repository of proposal templates and boilerplate content
- Track and manage multiple proposal deadlines across various regions and time zones
- Identify opportunities to streamline the proposal development process
- Respond to client inquiries related to proposal content and compliance
- Ensure adherence to contractual, legal, and pricing guidelines in all submissions
- Monitor changes in product offerings and update proposal materials accordingly
- Support special projects related to sales enablement and process improvement
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales proposal automation tools
- Knowledge of data security or cloud infrastructure concepts
- Certification in proposal management or technical writing
- Prior experience in a SaaS or B2B technology company
