INCA – Insurance Core Automation is hiring a Property Manager to join our team in Mainz. In this role, you will be responsible for tenant relations and the coordination of facility services for our business parks, handling a mix of operational and sales-oriented tasks.
What You'll Do
- Act as the on-site point of contact and manage all tenant matters
- Execute operational and sales-related tasks
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
- Manage the handover and return of leased spaces
- Coordinate and direct external facility management service providers
- Administer tenant correspondence and organize all property-related documentation
- Provide holiday and sick leave coverage for colleagues
- Check and process incoming invoices
- Conduct reporting and maintain the internal CRM database
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung)
- Experience in managing service providers
- Professional demeanor and a convincing presence
- Customer- and solution-oriented attitude, enjoyment in working with clients, and flexibility
- Good working knowledge of MS-Office programs
Nice to Have
- Good English language skills are advantageous
