Responsibilities

- Prepare reports on occupancy and performance
- Assist in onboarding new tenants
- Handle move-in and move-out procedures
- Maintain communication logs with residents
- Support property inspections and audits
- Process work orders and track resolutions
- Translate documents and messages between languages
- Coordinate with legal or compliance teams as needed
- Manage correspondence via email and phone
- Update marketing materials for rental listings
- Monitor lease expiration dates and notify stakeholders
- Assist in budget tracking for property expenses
- Support eviction documentation when required
- Maintain confidentiality of tenant information
- Provide customer service to current and prospective renters
- Track inventory of property supplies and equipment
- Escalate urgent issues to management promptly
