COUNTRY Financial is hiring a Senior Property Field Claims Adjuster to serve clients in Portland, Oregon and the surrounding area. In this role, you will provide a consistent and satisfying claims experience through thorough investigation, evaluation, and settlement, leveraging innovative technologies like drones and virtual claim handling.
What You'll Do
- Investigate claims by determining applicable policy coverage, evaluating damages, negotiating, and settling assigned property claims.
- Initiate contact with insureds, claimants, and relevant parties to gather information, obtain statements, and explain the claims process.
- Complete physical or virtual inspections of damaged property, evaluate damages, and prepare written estimates according to policy provisions.
- May be called upon for catastrophic duty.
What We're Looking For
- Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training.
- Maintains the appropriate adjuster's licensing as required by the states in which we do business.
- Part 107 drone license required for roof inspections. License must be obtained within 5 months of start date; must pass exam within 3 attempts.

- Salary Range: $76,000-$104,500
