Medline Industries, LP is seeking an MX Packer I to join our team. In this role, you will manage the processes of boxing, uncrating, and piggybacking for surgical trays. You'll be responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, and packing tray components as required, ensuring a high standard of quality and organization.
What You'll Do
- Receive necessary components for assembling requested kits.
- Comply with all applicable procedures and good manufacturing practices.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Leave locations orderly and clean at the end of your shift.
- Participate in required company activities and programs.
- Contribute actively to personal and company safety initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A high school education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the medical industry or a similar field.
- Direct experience working in boxing and uncrating areas.
- Knowledge of the Piggyback process.
Nice to Have
- 1 year of specific experience in the medical industry is preferred.
