About the Role

Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is looking for a Property Customer Service Representative to handle moderate to complex inquiries from customers. You will address policy and billing questions professionally and accurately, resolving service concerns while processing necessary changes. This role involves inbound and outbound calls, managing correspondence, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Input and track information into appropriate databases.
  • Handle requests for customer documentation, explain documents clearly, and manage required follow-ups.
  • Process changes to customer policies accurately and identify cross-sale opportunities.
  • Employ probing questions and actively listen to customer issues with interest and empathy.
  • Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions.
  • Resolve routine, complex, and unique customer questions and issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Fully bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong customer focus with effective troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems daily.

Nice to Have

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Specific experience in insurance customer service roles.

  • Compensation of up to $24,000 MXN monthly before taxes.
