  • Create a single source of truth by delivering clear dashboards, reporting, and in-year promotional updates for planning and execution.
  • Drive operational excellence and automation by improving processes, embedding scalable ways of working, and leading change across the promotions ecosystem.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and influence, building strong partnerships across Promotions, Operations, Planning, and Finance, using data and credibility to drive decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • End-to-end operational delivery experience, with a proven track record managing complex processes across multiple internal teams, ideally within retail, operations, supply chain ops, or distribution.
  • Governance and risk management approach, with strong ability and experience in highlighting execution risks early, implementing controls, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
  • Change and process improvement capability, with experience driving transformation, embedding scalable ways of working, and taking others on a change journey.
  • Data and reporting proficiency, comfortable working with dashboards and BI tools like Power BI and partnering with data teams to develop visibility.
  • Stakeholder influence and gravitas, as a confident communicator who can challenge constructively, align cross-functional teams, and engage senior leaders with clarity.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
