KOSTAL Group is looking for a Projekteinkäufer (m/w/d/kA) Power Electronics for its Electro Mobility division. You will act as the autonomous representative of procurement within cross-functional project teams and serve as the central interface between these teams and the purchasing organization.
What You'll Do
- Represent procurement autonomously in cross-functional project teams.
- Act as the central interface between project teams and the purchasing organization.
- Take responsibility for project management tasks with a focus on purchasing activities, acting as a sub-project lead for procurement.
- Assume purchasing responsibility for all components in a project, from the acquisition phase through the product development process to successful series production launch.
- Ensure early involvement of procurement in the product development process.
- Conduct requests for quotation, cost analyses, negotiations, and supplier awards in collaboration with Commodity Management and Supplier Development.
- Contribute to product cost teams to optimize purchased part prices.
- Monitor compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets within the project.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed technical degree, or a comparable qualification.
- Required project management knowledge and skills.
- Analytical skills and technical understanding of complex components, processes, and procedures.
- Negotiation-fluent German and English skills.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
Nice to Have
- Several years of experience in purchasing is desirable.
