Dexterra Group is hiring a bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to provide transactional and administrative support for employee information changes throughout the employment life cycle. As part of the HR Service Centre, you will ensure employee data records are accurate and up-to-date within the HRIS system while delivering essential internal HR services.
What You'll Do
- Ensure HR administration functions and queries are delivered per appropriate standards and courteously.
- Process new hires, terminations, and employment changes for all employees in the system.
- Oversee the HRIS by processing, verifying, and maintaining employee data.
- Assist HR Business Partners and HR leads in preparing required letters and on special HR projects as assigned.
- Process benefit enrollment, terminations, and update benefit coverage based on life-changing events via the benefit carrier's online platform.
- Maintain benefit records and administer group benefit plans per eligibility.
- Respond to benefit inquiries and other HR-related questions.
- Stay well-informed of human resources policies, procedures, and delegation of authority.
- Ensure documents are e-filed timely within HRIS.
- Assist with translation of communication and supporting process documents to French.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both English and French, both verbal and written (C level).
- A University or College degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management.
- 2+ years’ experience in human resources supporting employee life cycle operations.
- Experience in non-union and unionized environments.
- Experience with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Intermediate level expertise with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

- Working toward CHRP designation.
