CESAR is looking for a Project Specialist to play a key role in monitoring project execution and driving organizational transformation within the healthcare system. You will coordinate with health services, analyze data to inform strategy, and support the development of integrated and continuous care networks.
What You'll Do
- Monitor the physical execution of the project, ensuring compliance with the schedule.
- Conduct technical visits, provide remote support, and lead capacity-building activities for teams at beneficiary services.
- Coordinate actions with state, municipal, and health service management.
- Perform situational diagnoses and develop action plans in conjunction with local actors.
- Support the optimization of resource management and service organization to structure integrated care networks.
- Develop technical materials and guidance manuals for implementing activities.
- Implement care and management protocols in the monitored services.
- Monitor data collection and indicator tracking, identify bottlenecks, and propose adjustments.
- Perform critical data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify, mitigate, and report risks, assisting in problem resolution.
- Collect evidence to prove deliverables and support accountability reporting.
- Maintain assertive and timely communication with managers and strategic partners.
- Support the organization and execution of institutional project events.
What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate degree in health, Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Public Management, or Health Management.
- Experience in project execution.
- Experience in the Unified Health System (SUS) or medium/large-sized health institutions.
