Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using planning software
- Update and maintain master project timelines
- Coordinate scheduling inputs from multiple disciplines
- Track project progress against established milestones
- Identify scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions
- Prepare regular schedule performance reports
- Support change management processes with timeline impact analysis
- Conduct schedule risk assessments
- Participate in project planning meetings
- Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements
- Integrate cost and schedule data for performance measurement
- Assist in baseline schedule development
- Monitor critical path activities
- Provide scheduling support during project execution
- Collaborate with project controls team on forecasting
- Maintain version control of schedule documents
- Support schedule audits and reviews
- Train team members on scheduling tools and standards
- Apply industry best practices in time management
- Work with project managers to adjust timelines as needed
- Document schedule assumptions and constraints
- Use logic networks to model project sequences

- Contribute to lessons learned in project closeout
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in project management or related discipline
- Certified Planning & Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)
