About the Role
As an independently contracted Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver gender-affirming hormone therapy and expanded clinical services to adult patients nationwide. You’ll manage a continuous panel of patients, focusing on onboarding and follow-up care including lab and prescription management. This fully virtual role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 10 weekly synchronous hours. A dedicated support team handles administrative logistics, allowing you to focus on clinical work. Ideal candidates have primary care experience and are passionate about serving the transgender and gender-nonconforming community within a fast-paced, tech-forward healthcare startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver gender-affirming hormone therapy and additional clinical services to adult patients across the United States.
- Manage ongoing care for a consistent group of patients.
- Conduct new patient onboarding.
- Provide follow-up services including lab monitoring, prescription renewals, and clinical consultations.
- Set your own weekly schedule with at least 10 hours of real-time availability.
- Focus exclusively on patient care while administrative tasks are managed by support staff.

Compensation
Nurse Practitioners are compensated per appointment: $25 for a 15-minute visit, $45 for a 30-minute visit, and 50% of the standard rate for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. Additional compensation includes quarterly bonus opportunities and license reimbursements for qualifying providers.
