As a Project Office Manager IT Roadmap at Nationale‑Nederlanden, you will be the central driving force behind NN Belgium’s strategic IT portfolio. You will provide structure, clarity, and transparent reporting to the IT Management Team and the ExCo.
What You'll Do
- Build the IT roadmap, analyze budgets and KPIs, and translate complex information into clear presentation and reporting materials.
- Work closely with project managers, product owners, and scrum masters, ensuring that governance, standards, and procedures are correctly followed.
- Gain a broad view of projects across four IT domains: banking solutions, broker platforms, customer-facing digital initiatives, and legal & compliance projects.
- Keep everyone aligned on where we are today, where we are heading, and what is needed to get there.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, economics, management or equivalent through experience.
- Initial experience as a project manager or PMO.
- Strong numerical skills, accuracy, and structured working style.
- Ability to summarise and present large amounts of information to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with budget tracking, KPI analysis, and reporting.
- Comfortable working in a Scaled Agile environment.
- Fluent communication in English and in Dutch or French.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Power BI, PowerPoint, and understanding of Azure DevOps.
