Eide Bailly LLP is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to act as an Agile delivery lead for large-scale, strategic initiatives. You'll guide projects from planning through delivery, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business value.
What You'll Do
- Lead Agile delivery activities across one or more teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define priorities, scope, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans and timelines.
- Track progress using Agile and project metrics like sprint goals and velocity.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and actively work to resolve them.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to the PMO and stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery aligns with governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Promote built-in quality and maintain clear, accessible project documentation.
- Adapt plans as priorities shift while maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or Agile delivery.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and delivery practices.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting iterative planning and delivery.
- Skilled in managing scope, timelines, and delivery risks.
- Comfortable balancing Agile delivery with PMO and governance expectations.
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Can translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- PMP, CPM, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification.
