Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating web and e-commerce projects from initial onboarding through delivery to ensure structured execution and clear outcomes
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout web projects, ensuring expectations, scope, and priorities are clearly defined and managed
- Leading discovery and onboarding phases to gather technical, marketing, and business requirements before project execution
- Overseeing projects built on WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify, with a clear understanding of how these platforms function and differ
- Coordinating third-party and API integrations such as payment providers, logistics systems, analytics tools, and marketing platforms
- Collaborating closely with web developers to define feasible solutions, timelines, and technical approaches
- Working with the marketing team to ensure websites and web shops support performance marketing, tracking, and future scalability
- Guiding clients through technical and strategic decisions at a high level, translating complexity into clear recommendations
- Preventing scope creep and project inefficiencies by identifying risks early and managing changes proactively
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards
- Translating technical discussions and project status into clear, actionable updates for clients
- Maintaining structured documentation for projects, including onboarding materials, access, checklists, decisions, and handovers
- Supporting the continuous improvement of internal web project processes and workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience coordinating or managing web or e-commerce projects, ideally within an agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify, with an understanding of how these platforms function, differ, and are typically implemented
- Solid understanding of web development workflows, including custom builds, clean code approaches, and third-party or API integrations
- Experience acting as a bridge between clients and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear technical direction
- Confidence in leading client communication, managing expectations, and preventing scope creep throughout a project lifecycle
- Able to collaborate closely with web developers and marketing teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and commercially sound
- Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without losing structure or attention to detail
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Experience working autonomously and managing your own time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Must be available and responsive during standard office hours in Slovenia
- Must be able to consistently work full-time
- Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable laptop or PC
