Motorola Solutions is hiring a Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Mobile Video solutions. In this US remote role open to candidates in Texas or Oklahoma, you will act as the focal point for all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction and managing project profit.
What You'll Do
- Direct and coordinate the work activities of the project team.
- Utilize PM tools like schedule, budget, and risk assessment to analyze complex issues and develop resolutions.
- Allocate all necessary resources to meet project objectives and financial goals.
- Communicate directly with the customer’s organization and internal senior stakeholders via project reviews.
- Manage the overall pre-tax profit of all projects.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
- Contribute to the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma plus a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology.
- 3+ years of experience in Project, Program, or Product Management.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (employer work permit sponsorship is not available).
- Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers and subject to CJIS Security Policy background check.
Nice to Have
- PMP certification is highly desired.
- Knowledge of Mobile Video technology including wireless/LTE infrastructure, policy/procedures for retention/redaction/chain of custody, and evidence management software/workflow.
- Strong presentation and negotiating skills.
- Self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.
