PerfectServe was looking for a Project Manager - US Remote

PerfectServe is hiring a Project Manager to be the driving force behind the successful deployment of our software in ambulatory and enterprise healthcare client environments. This is not a software development role; you will lead projects ensuring consistency with our strategy to transform healthcare communication and collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Plan the project, defining scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements.
  • Modify standard project plans to meet Statement of Work requirements and determine key success factors.
  • Coordinate transitions from sales to services and eventually to customer success for long-term support.
  • Staff the project by assigning appropriate resources in consultation with implementation managers.
  • Execute the project according to plan, using an EPM tool to track progress, hours, and budgets.
  • Facilitate weekly project status calls and provide clear communications with the customer project manager.
  • Provide monthly status reports to all key stakeholders and develop relationships with hospital senior leadership.
  • Control the project by managing budget, resource allocation, issues, risks, and change orders.
  • Monitor billing milestones per the signed agreement and facilitate the transition to account management upon completion.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing Healthcare IT Projects such as EMR, EHR, or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, change management, and risk assessment.
  • Proficient in MS Project and the MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent listening, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the Healthcare industry.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $90,000-$110,000 per year.
