About the Job: The Core Platforms Engineering division at Red Hat is seeking seasoned Scrum Masters to drive organizational transformation in Pune, India. The selected candidate will guide and facilitate ceremonies for multiple Scrum teams comprising exceptional engineers within the open source community. The role involves concentrated work on the Red Hat Lightspeed - Advisor initiative, collaborating extensively with product engineering and a dynamic group of Agile Practitioners committed to Core Platforms' Agile Transformation.
