Today, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support sustainability-focused initiatives across multiple entities within a complex, international environment. The role combines program delivery, data governance, and stakeholder alignment, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and ESG performance. YOU WILL - Lead and deliver sustainability projects across multiple entities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives - Manage end-to-end sustainability data reporting processes, including preparation and submission to external authorities - Define, track, and deliver KPIs and value plans (e.g., operational value plans and performance targets) - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, with a strong focus on regulatory and compliance exposure - Conduct assessments and support the development of sustainability strategies (e.g., water, energy, CO₂ reduction), including defining execution roadmaps and glide paths - Drive integration initiatives, aligning different entities with common processes and reporting frameworks - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sustainability, Operations, and other key business functions - Build alignment among stakeholders, including senior leadership, particularly in complex or ambiguous environments - Ensure adherence to sustainability standards, compliance frameworks, and responsible sourcing principles - Support continuous improvement and optimization of sustainability processes and reporting practices
