ContiTech USA, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager - Strategic Operations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-departmental projects
  • Establish project objectives, schedules, key milestones, and outputs through collaboration with business units
  • Monitor project advancement and actively address risks and interdependencies
  • Align with stakeholders to maintain project direction and meet deadlines
  • Generate progress summaries and deliver updates to senior management
  • Manage full preparation cycles for board and committee meetings
  • Create polished presentations, reports, and speaking materials for company events
  • Compile contributions from internal teams while ensuring content accuracy and uniformity
  • Handle logistical aspects of meetings, including agendas, notes, and action items
  • Assist with executive messaging and strategic projects as needed
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform strategic choices
  • Examine data sets to uncover patterns, risks, and potential opportunities
  • Design dashboards, analytical models, and reports for leadership review
  • Convert complex information into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Support the creation of business cases and track performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects across departments
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables utilizing collaborative approach with the various departments & business units to ensure strategic goals are met
  • Track progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Prepare status reports and present updates to leadership
  • Lead end-to-end preparation for board and committee meetings
  • Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials / speeches for internal and external events
  • Coordinate inputs from internal teams and ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Manage meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Support executive communications and strategic initiatives as requested
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support strategic decisions & project initiatives
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in order to support strategic opportunities
  • Build dashboards, models, and reports for leadership consumption
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support business case development and performance tracking

Other

  • Interface with multicultural organizations, different Business Units and countries within Americas
  • Work with Group Functions at parent company level in Germany
