IQVIA is looking for a Project Manager - Remote Research Clinicians to be an integral part of our clinical trial delivery team. You will liaise with clinical teams to advance new therapies, responsible for project delivery to meet contractual requirements in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices. This role leverages therapeutic expertise to drive operational excellence and provide strategic leadership.
What You'll Do
- Participate in bid defense presentations and may lead presentations for smaller regional studies.
- May be responsible for delivery and management of smaller, less complex, regional studies.
- Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
- Accountable for execution of clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.
- Set objectives for the core project team and/or sub-team(s), communicate effectively, and assess performance.
- Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestone achievement and manage study issues.
- Monitor progress against contract and prepare/present project information to stakeholders.
- Manage risk proactively and lead problem solving and resolution efforts.
- Achieve project quality by identifying risks/issues and planning corrective actions.
- May serve as primary or backup project contact with the customer.
- Build and lead the cross-functional project team; manage cross-collaboration for overall project delivery.
- Ensure the financial success of the project.
- Forecast and identify opportunities to accelerate activities to bring revenue forward.
- Identify changes in scope and manage change control process.
- Identify lessons learned and implement best practices.
- May be assigned as primary contact for vendors and lead vendor management activities.
- Adopt corporate initiatives and serve as a change advocate.
- Provide input to line managers on project team members’ performance.
- Support staff development and mentor less experienced project team members.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or a related field.
- 5 years of prior relevant experience including more than 1 year in a Project Manager role.
- Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and applicable clinical research regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
- Advanced level of English is mandatory.
- Based in Argentina or Brazil.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with home visits, nursing visits or dietitian visits.
- Broad protocol knowledge; therapeutic knowledge desired.

Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Argentina or Brazil.
