PALFINGER is looking for a Project Manager – Quality to support quality management initiatives and cross-functional projects within our North American region. You will focus on maintaining and improving systems, coordinating compliance efforts, and driving quality-focused projects that support operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain GPMS documentation, ensuring processes, manuals, and guidelines remain current and aligned with regulatory and ISO standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor internal and external audits, including preparation of reports, corrective action plans, and recertification readiness.
- Lead cross-functional quality and implementation projects, coordinating project plans, deliverables, timelines, and reporting.
- Develop and track quality KPIs and management reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and leadership reviews.
- Facilitate employee training and awareness programs related to quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, environmental engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of project management experience.
- Knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with experience supporting audits.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Nice to Have
- Project management experience preferably within manufacturing, quality systems, or a multinational organization.
- Familiarity with project management tools and systems, including ERP platforms and tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Power Automate, or SharePoint.
