About the Role

GFT Technologies SE is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex technical projects within network security. This role requires a professional with solid experience managing technical initiatives, defining priorities, and ensuring the efficient delivery of security solutions and tools.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of Network Security projects, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and quality are met.
  • Act as Product Owner for vendor security tools and solutions, managing backlog, prioritizing features, and connecting stakeholders with development teams.
  • Develop KPIs and track metrics for the Network Security tooling operations team.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, operations, and external technology functions, to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Produce high-quality status updates for stakeholders and leadership, covering progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Ensure technical documentation is complete and updated throughout the entire project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a focus on security, networking, and/or cloud.
  • General knowledge in Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Automation, Infrastructure as Code, SIEM / Log Analytics, and Performance Monitoring / Observability.
  • Knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP).

Nice to Have

  • Desirable experience in Product Management with Network Security tools (Remote Access, Firewalling, Firewall Rule Management, Segmentation, Web Application Firewalling).
