Responsibilities
- Lead client projects from initiation to completion using agile, scrum, or hybrid approaches as appropriate
- Create comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, and budget estimates in line with statement of work deliverables
- Monitor project scope against contractual agreements, resolve client disagreements, guide prioritization, and manage change requests efficiently
- Enforce adherence to project timelines and scope while safeguarding financial performance and preventing cost overruns
- Manage internal project operations including budget monitoring, forecasting, time tracking inputs, invoice coordination, and aligning resources with delivery leads
- Meet project management compliance requirements through regular reporting, health checks, weekly updates, sprint reviews, and risk tracking
- Distinguish between risks and issues clearly, and escalate appropriately within the project and organization
- Support backlog development with well-defined tickets, acceptance criteria, and effort estimates, and manage workflow using Jira and team ceremonies
- Establish and maintain client confidence through dependable delivery and transparent, proactive communication, including difficult discussions
- Focus on achieving client business goals beyond contractual obligations and partner with delivery and sales teams to identify growth opportunities
- Observe team performance and provide constructive feedback centered on delivering client value
- Support the wider project management community by contributing to process enhancements, documentation templates, and cross-team initiatives
