Scalepex is looking for a Project Manager to lead Javelina implementation projects remotely from Mexico. You will be the primary customer interface during delivery, managing all aspects of customer programs within defined scope, cost, schedule, and quality. What You'll Do
- Manage customer programs or projects for defined product/service scope on medium, large, or complex contracts.
- Ensure all project and operational management aligns with Mode of Operation, BG/BL guidelines, and the PM.
- Plan the customer project and update plans to reflect changes, coordinating change management on cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ).
- Assure consistency among project financial, product, and service forecast activities.
- Participate in pre-sales and sales process activities.
- Determine delivery approach alternatives and manage selection of the final recommended approach.
- Ensure hand over from Sell to Execute and from Delivery to Care is completed and monitor progress.
- Ensure the project contract management process is initiated and executed.
- Define customization of global operational processes to meet project requirements.
- Manage customer relationship during delivery and serve as primary interface for contract scope, complaints, and changing requirements.
- Prepare a communications plan and ensure proactive communication to the customer and stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project delivery within approved budget, profitability forecast, and planned scope.
- Ensure the project meets all quality objectives and seek continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- A hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in customer delivery and development projects.
- Direct experience with Javelina implementation projects.
- Advanced to Native English proficiency.

- PMI PMP certification.
