Helprise is seeking a Project Manager - Innovation to spearhead the planning and execution of a high-stakes, international initiative. You will be responsible for managing deliverables, scope, budget, and timeline while coordinating diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of an international innovation project with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Manage project deliverables, scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring consistent alignment with strategic business goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across different regions, fostering a culture of collaboration and clear accountability.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain momentum.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring transparent, regular communication and strategic alignment.
Drive technological innovation by integrating new tools, processes, and industry best practices into the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Proven project management experience within a technology-driven or innovation-focused environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build trust across cultures.
Solid understanding of core technology concepts and digital initiatives.
Direct experience managing international projects or distributed, remote teams.
A strong problem-solving mindset and proven resilience under pressure.
Full working fluency in English, both written and spoken.
