Responsibilities
- Manage initiatives across their full lifecycle, from initial assessment to implementation and post-launch evaluation
- Lead the development of project plans, including scope definition, scheduling, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and risk planning
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Supply Chain, R&D, and Procurement, along with external collaborators, to ensure smooth project execution
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business justifications, plans, progress reports, and communications
- Facilitate governance meetings to support stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and ownership
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies, addressing obstacles proactively
- Supervise trial phases and launch preparedness, ensuring all materials, systems, and resources are synchronized
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change and transition activities in accordance with project schedules
- Promote process improvements by identifying ways to simplify workflows and reduce project complexity
- Ensure all initiatives meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while being delivered on time and within budget
- Support the coordination of site-specific and facility-related needs during project execution
