We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager – Initiatives Lead to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to lead and deliver a portfolio of projects, including new product introductions, change initiatives, promotional activities and complexity reduction programs.
You will bring a structured project management approach, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to business objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
End-to-end management of initiatives, from feasibility through to implementation and post-launch review
Leading project planning, including defining scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g. Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, and external partners) to ensure seamless delivery
Developing clear project documentation, including business cases, project plans, status reports, and updates
Facilitating project governance forums to drive alignment, decision-making, and accountability across stakeholders
Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving barriers to delivery
Overseeing trial and launch readiness activities, ensuring alignment across materials, systems, and resources
Partnering with stakeholders to manage transitions and changes in line with project timelines
Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce complexity across projects
Ensuring all projects are delivered in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards, on time and within budget
Supporting and managing facility and site requirements as part of project delivery
