Segula Technologies is looking for a Project Manager - Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure to lead and ensure the success of projects focused on charging systems for electric buses. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder coordination to achieving QCDP (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Project Performance) objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage the project schedule, establishing and following a detailed calendar to meet deadlines.
- Organize and coordinate the intervention of external partners and stakeholders, including regular follow-up meetings with AMOs for on-site audits.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Engineering, Quality, Software, and Electricity teams.
- Perform project commissioning.
- Manage the budget, including cash flow, billing, and purchases according to defined conditions.
- Supervise documentation and define technical specifications for electrical components like wiring, connectors, and cabinet parts.
- Provide regular, standardized reporting to clients on project progress.
- Ensure overall project performance by facilitating communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- An engineering degree, such as a Generalist (ENSAM, ECAM) or Electrical Engineering.
- Prior experience in project management within the EV charging infrastructure (IRVE), electromobility, civil engineering works, or electrical power management sectors.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Language skills in German, Spanish, or Italian.
- Experience managing software deployment (smartcharging).
- Knowledge of charging infrastructure protocols like VDV and ISO 15118.
- Strong technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
